We proudly present our first crane on our construction site of the southern Überseequartier in Hamburg. With a height of 26 metres and a boom-length of 50 metres this crane is the first in a line of another 23 tower-cranes during the coming months.

Apart from the crane installation, the current and future main steps are:
– Further reinforced concrete work
– Construction of our own concrete mixing plant
On the site of 67,000 square metres 14 buildings with a total area of 67,000 square metres are erected. Retail, entertainment, and more than 40 exciting gastronomy concepts will be finely harmonised with offices, three hotels, a cruise terminal, and 650 apartments in total.
