Breathtaking cinema experiences, shopping and relaxation on the waterfront

Building F2, designed by Böge Lindner K2 Architekten, houses a cultural highlight – the flagship cinema with 10 cinema halls and a total of 2,300 seats. A unique experience is offered here even before the film starts. Welcomed by breathtaking interior design, the cinema visitor enters the foyer with numerous lounge areas that invite to linger. Additionally, there will be a wide range of culinary highlights – extraordinary for a multiplex cinema. The concept is also unique, combining the hustle and bustle of the street with the cinema experience inside. The generous glass front in the foyer and on the 2nd floor will magically attract curious glances and accompany the cinema program before aund after with their own kin of pure entertainment.

A place where the whole world meets

A trip to Hamburg is also a trip to the Elbe. And those who stay overnight at Überseequartier sleep directly on its banks. Three hotels, aimed at different target groups, invite tourists and business travellers to discover Hamburg from Überseequartier. One of them is the Ibis Styles, which shares building F4 with numerous shopping facilities. The glass fronts make the shopping trip in the building complex on San-Francisco-Street a real highlight because thanks to the Elbe River in sight you can immediately recharge your batteries.

Detlev Kozian is certain: “The new center of Hafencity is the link between Jungfernstieg and Elbe and will therefore – quite apart from the number of attractions – be one of the city’s biggest magnets.” Überseequartier will soon become the new hub for culture, shopping and entertainment, not only for tourists but also for Hamburgers.
