On July 24, 2024, neighbors of Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier met for the 16th time for an information event with representatives of Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier. In the showroom located in the street “Am Sandtorpark”, Dirk Hünerbein, Director of Development Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield Austria & Germany, Viktor Eskioglou, Head of Coordination Construction/Development, Theda Juliane Mustroph, General Manager of Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier and Karen Mester-Lichtsinn, Senior Marketing Manager, answered questions about the opening and tenants as well as construction activities, traffic and logistics.
The wishes and suggestions of the participants were discussed and noted. The 30 participants are looking forward to the opening of the quarter and the wide range of offers that will then be available to them: From local shopping at REWE Jens Picklum, to cultural experiences such as the immersive Port des Lumières museum, to culinary highlights such as the Indian restaurant Cardamom.
571 residents have received background information about the project and shared their thoughts and concerns with us at the neighborhood events since 2019. They have taken the opportunity to network with other residents, identified similarities and forged new friendships.
“It is our declared intention to use the events not only to talk about Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier, but also to cultivate a lively relationship with our neighbors and contribute to an intensive exchange between residents,” says Theda Juliane Mustroph.
